RedBird Sportswear was founded to help new brands, gyms and academies develop their own custom sportswear. We saw an opportunity to combine reliable manufacturing partners with personal service, so brands can bring their ideas to life with clear communication at every stage.
The company was registered in 2020, but it took time to build the right foundation. We took that time to set up the website, develop our first products and find a manufacturing partner we can trust, so we could start with honesty and not with promises we cannot keep.
Our mission from the beginning has been to support brands, gyms, academies, distributors, retailers, and entrepreneurs. Whether developing custom combat sportswear, custom martial arts apparel, custom performance wear, or private label collections, we approach every project with care, honesty, and attention to detail.
As RedBird Sportswear grows, our focus stays the same: to build lasting partnerships through integrity and consistency. We believe great sportswear reflects a brand’s vision, and we are proud to help turn that vision into a finished product.

Meet the Founder
I’m Anjum Javed Ahmed, founder of RedBird Sportswear. I registered the company in 2020 with a clear purpose: to build a sportswear business on honesty, accountability and long-term relationships. I chose fightwear because combat sports brands deserve a manufacturing partner who communicates clearly, documents every specification and delivers what was agreed.
RedBird is founder-led by design. Every brand we take on works directly with me, from the first sketch or tech pack, through sampling and approval, to production and delivery. We work with trusted manufacturing partners, and I remain personally responsible for the details of each project.
Starting a brand is a big step, and I know how much depends on getting the first order right. That is why we welcome small first orders, and why every product begins with a sample you can review for fit, fabric, stitching and branding before bulk production starts. If something needs to change, you hear it from me directly, early and clearly.
