Returns & Refund Policy
Introduction
This Returns & Refund Policy explains the circumstances and procedures that may apply to returns, replacements, refunds, and product-related claims for products supplied by RedBird Sportswear.
Because our products are primarily custom-manufactured according to customer-approved specifications, designs, materials, branding, quantities, and other requirements, returns and refunds may be subject to the specific terms agreed for each order.
Customers should review their quotation, approved specifications, sample approval, commercial agreement, and any applicable order terms before production begins.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Custom-Made Products
Most products supplied by RedBird Sportswear are custom-manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, including designs, measurements, materials, colors, branding, construction, quantities, and other approved requirements.
Because these products are specifically developed or manufactured for an individual customer, they may not be eligible for return or refund solely because the customer changes their mind, no longer requires the products, or prefers a different design after production has been approved.
Customers are therefore encouraged to carefully review all specifications, artwork, measurements, samples, and other product details before approving bulk production.
Where a customer-approved sample is used as the production reference, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the sample before bulk manufacturing begins. Any approved changes should be confirmed before production starts.
Specific exceptions may apply where products are defective, materially different from the agreed specifications, damaged in transit, or otherwise subject to a remedy under the applicable order terms or mandatory consumer or commercial laws.
Eligibility for Returns or Claims
A return, replacement, refund, or other remedy may be considered where products are found to have a significant manufacturing defect, material damage, incorrect items, or a material difference from the specifications agreed for the order.
Customers should notify RedBird Sportswear promptly after receiving the products if they identify an issue that may qualify for a claim.
To help us evaluate a claim, we may request photographs, videos, product details, order information, packaging information, quantities affected, or other reasonable evidence relating to the issue.
Claims may not qualify where an issue results from customer-approved specifications, customer-supplied artwork or materials, improper use, incorrect care or washing, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery that is not attributable to RedBird Sportswear.
Eligibility for a return, replacement, refund, or other remedy will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the order, the agreed product requirements, and applicable law.
How to Report a Product Issue
Customers should contact RedBird Sportswear promptly after receiving an order if they believe the products are defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the agreed specifications.
When reporting an issue, please provide the relevant order or quotation details, product information, a clear description of the issue, and photographs or videos where appropriate. We may also request information about the affected quantity, packaging, shipping condition, or other details needed to evaluate the claim.
Customers should retain the affected products and original packaging until RedBird Sportswear has reviewed the issue and provided further instructions. Products should not be returned without prior authorization unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Inspection and Review of Claims
After receiving a product-related claim, RedBird Sportswear will review the information provided and may assess the products, photographs, videos, packaging, approved specifications, samples, and other relevant order details.
Where necessary, we may request additional information or arrange for the affected products to be returned for inspection. The review will consider whether the reported issue is attributable to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, incorrect fulfillment, or a material deviation from the agreed product requirements.
We will communicate the outcome of the review and, where appropriate, discuss the available resolution in accordance with the applicable order terms and applicable law.
Return Authorization
If RedBird Sportswear determines that a return is appropriate, customers will receive instructions regarding the return process before sending the products back.
Customers should not return products without prior authorization unless otherwise required by applicable law. Return instructions may include the return address, required documentation, packaging requirements, and any other information needed to process the return.
Where a return is approved due to a manufacturing issue or another eligible claim, the applicable return arrangements and responsibility for return shipping will be determined based on the circumstances of the claim and the agreed order terms.
Return Shipping
Where a return is approved, RedBird Sportswear will provide the applicable return shipping instructions and confirm how shipping costs will be handled based on the reason for the return and the agreed order terms.
Customers should use the shipping method and return instructions provided by RedBird Sportswear where applicable. Products should be packaged securely to help prevent additional damage during return transportation.
RedBird Sportswear is not responsible for additional damage, loss, or delays caused by inadequate packaging, unauthorized return methods, or shipping arrangements that were not approved or instructed by RedBird Sportswear.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount and payment method will be determined based on the circumstances of the claim, the agreed order terms, and applicable law.
For custom-manufactured products, refunds are not generally available solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer requires the products, or prefers a different design after production has been approved.
Where an eligible manufacturing issue, incorrect fulfillment, or other qualifying circumstance results in an approved refund, RedBird Sportswear will communicate the applicable refund arrangements and process the refund within a reasonable period. Any applicable deductions, costs, or limitations will be handled according to the agreed order terms and applicable law.
Replacements and Corrections
Where a claim is confirmed to result from a manufacturing defect, incorrect product, or material deviation from the agreed specifications, RedBird Sportswear may, depending on the circumstances, offer a replacement, correction, rework, or another appropriate resolution.
The specific remedy will depend on the nature and extent of the issue, the affected quantity, the available production options, and the agreed order terms.
Where a replacement or correction is approved, RedBird Sportswear will communicate the applicable process, requirements, and estimated timeline. Any remedy provided will be subject to applicable law and the specific terms agreed for the order.
Situations Where Returns May Not Apply
Returns, replacements, or refunds may not apply where the reported issue results from customer-approved specifications, measurements, artwork, materials, colors, branding, or other requirements.
A claim may also be excluded where products have been improperly used, washed, stored, modified, repaired, altered, or damaged after delivery, or where the issue results from normal wear and tear or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
Products that were manufactured according to the approved sample and specifications may not be eligible for return solely because of a change in preference or requirements after production.
Any applicable exclusions remain subject to the specific order terms and rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
